Legal workers support asylum seekers and refugees in the paths of protection and integration, supporting them during the whole process of the application for international protection and enjoyment of rights linked to the status granted. To be a good legal practitioner you don't have to be a lawyer or have a law degree. It is essential to a good knowledge of the legislation and a good relational skills (because of the importance of creating a path of social inclusion, support and rehabilitation in cases of people with specific vulnerabilities, such as victims of violence, torture and trafficking, or people with psychological or psychiatric distress).
