Assemini, Sinnai, Mara and Decimo: Four meetings in four centres to promote an active and conscious lifestyle among the elderly. The project continues: "Living long, Living well: Health and wellness paths for Over 60”, promoted by the FAP (Federation of Seniors and Pensioners) Of ACLI of Cagliari.
