Point Family: The all-round support desk

A listening point to turn to for all issues related to family life: from legal issues to psychological support and family mediation, from school help for children, Looking for maids and carers, aid for administrative procedures in support of households (ES. SPID activation), up to advice for citizens and small businesses for the management and solution of situations of over-indebtedness, through the Riparto initiative. All this, and not only, is The Acli Family Point, active in the headquarters of the ACLI Cagliari in Viale Marconi 4.

The main objective of the Acli Family Point is to create a personalized experience for each individual and family who intends to use the services offered by the association and the ACLI network. Through attentive listening and analysis of specific needs, Operators will help users identify the most suitable services to meet their needs, acting as a guide to the most appropriate route. The heart of the service is in fact the reception point, in which each user is taken care of by a specialized operator and directed to the specialized support of a team of experts (lawyers, Psychologists, Family mediators, linguistic-cultural mediators, teachers, Etc.). A service that also involves the volunteers of the Universal Civil Service, daily available to users.

The help desk was created to directly support families, but also to help in contacting experts or other competent structures.
