Training for young volunteers in the name of equality. The Be the change project kicks off.

A real training school for youth workers, youth workers who, through so-called non-formal education, will then be able to help, influence and target other boys during the youth and adolescent growth phase.

It is the goal of the project Be the change organized by the Acli of Cagliari as part of the public notice of the Region Sardinia for the financing of projects of local importance promoted by voluntary organisations or social promotion associations, resources allocated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.

By October of this year, free labs aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and the 30 years of Province of Cagliari. These training moments will focus on the themes of effective communication, of building a successful team, individual and group learning techniques, european design, of youth volunteering, importance of sport and artistic skills for the inclusion of. In addition, the laboratory focused on the issues of the health emergency will play a transversal role, safety and first aid protocols.

In particular, the routes will be aimed at reducing inequalities, and aim to provide quality education, inclusive together with lifelong learning opportunities for all. At the heart of the project is the contrast of all forms of fragility and disadvantage, promoting social inclusion and youth employment, achieving gender equality and supporting women's empowerment processes (greater strength, self-esteem and awareness). The collateral objective is the promotion of the reality and values of volunteering.

For the purposes of communication and promotion of the project, the laboratories will be presented individually, reporting the main contents of the program and the duration of the, how training activities are delivered (days and times), the method of registration and the date by which it will be necessary to submit your interest. At the end of each laboratory, a certificate of participation will be issued.
