"Gender inequality is in all respects a. But we live in a context that does not identify it as such, Indeed, seems to accept and normalize it through the usual mechanisms of the functioning of society: too many underestimate the actual weight of injury in the work and social field – explains the new head of the Coordination Charlotte Loi, 33 years, from 2016 committed to associationism –. Our aim is to bring the issue of inequality between women and men back to the centre of the debate in the world of work and not only to, an already critical phenomenon, today exacerbated by the covid-19 health emergency crisis, which has made the weaker sections of the population even more fragile". Undoubtedly, several steps forward have been made in recent years: "A gap has been opened, but much remains to be done to undermine a mindset to which it adheres uncritically, stereotypes that foster inequality and violence – continues the Loi stressing the importance of this first release of the Women's Coordination of the Acli of Cagliari one month after the inauguration -. It is necessary to stimulate a change in mental level for the whole of society, and for this reason we will carry out activities aimed at raising awareness and information with respect to the tools and regulations in place, available to combat violence in all its manifestations..
