Allergies and intolerances: we'll talk about it together on Thursday 3 December at an online meeting
L’Amateur Sports Association Blue Sardinia, in the #8217;scope of the EAT Sardegna project, in collaboration with nutritionist Anna Deiola and the Acli of Cagliari, organizes the webinar free on the main allergies, food intolerances and celiac disease.
Often a state of general malaise can be caused by nutrition and in particular by allergies and/or intolerances to certain foods consumed. Frequently confused, allergies and intolerances are not the same thing, but two different ways of the body to respond and react to interaction with foreign substances.
During the webinar of Thursday 3 December 2020, thanks to Dr. Deiola, we will learn about the differences between these two adverse reactions of the organism, with a focus on the main allergenic foods (milk, egg protein and oily fruit) and we will deepen celiac disease and favismo.
