The Webinar, held by nutritionist biologist Anna Deiola, aims to properly inform about a type of diet that, preferring the consumption of healthy and low-fat foods saturated, like cereal, Legumes, Fruit, Vegetables, Olive oil, with a balanced consumption of fish, white meats, Red, eggs and dairy products, represents a fundamental lifestyle for human health.

This type of power supply, also, helps in the well-being of the organism and, especially, in the prevention of diseases by decreasing the development of diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease or diabetes.

The Mediterranean food model is not only healthy for people but also for the environment. It is estimated on average that to obtain 100 Calories, the Mediterranean diet has an environmental impact of about 60% than a North European or North American diet, based to a greater extent on meat and animal fats, rather than vegetables and cereals.

The meeting will be held on the Google Meet platform. For information and registration, please contact the secretariat at the email address: bluesardiniaformazione@gmail.com
