Plants and herbs: two new courses in Cagliari and Quartu

TWO COURSES, One OF THE MORNING and ONE OF THE AFTERNOON TO KNOW TO KNOW AND USE the OFFICINALAL PLANS.

The Acli of Cagliari organize two new editions of the course on medicinal plants and herbs. The first will be held at the headquarters of Quartu Sant'elena – in Via Diaz 106 – the Tuesday 9.30 all 11.30 (start date to be determined), while the second will be held at the headquarters of Cagliari – Viale Marconi 4 – the Friday from 17.30 all 19.30 (start date 25 September).

The courses are a journey into the world of nature to discover some of its secrets, but above all to appreciate and value the great benefits that it provides us for free. Herbs and medicinal plants, used in the past by popular tradition, I am now a precious baggage of phytotherapy. Are used to preserve the health and well-being of humans and animals, can be used in the kitchen, as spices to flavor foods, in the preparation of herbal teas or for the production of liqueurs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medicines and other products for the home.

During the 16 lessons of the course will be presented the phytotherapy and the terminology in use, thorough examination of medicinal plants – and don't – essential oils and teas.
