A family in common: the family as an engine for development

Saturday 10 the MEM meeting Forum of family associations in Sardinia and Cagliari.

Detection of the expectations and needs of families, identification of intervention policies and strategies of collaboration. Saturday morning, starting from hours 10 to Media in the Mediterranean in via Mameli 164 Cagliari, family associations, gathered in the Forum, organize a meeting to promote a collaborative comparison with administrators and representatives of the municipality. At the meeting, promosso dal Forum of family associations in Sardinia per stimolare la reciproca conoscenza e la collaborazione, parteciperanno anche le ACLI provinciali di Cagliari is the Association of large families in qualità di soggetti aderenti al Forum.

During the morning will be presented the Forum of family associations which will share experiences and good practices in policies for families and, also, some projects will be promoted municipal reality, including the family of Acli of Cagliari. Finally will be presented the experience of the Network of mutual friends of the family.

The key aspect of the meeting was the active participation ofDepartment of social policy del Comune di Cagliari e di alcuni rappresentanti del Consiglio Comunale con cui il Forum ha attivato da alcuni mesi un tavolo di lavoro volto a individuare le strategie da attuare per instaurare una collaborazione sussidiaria fra istituzione locale e associazioni no-profit che, over time, contributed to the spread of family-friendly culture and implementation of effective family policies at the local level.

At the meeting, coordinated by Blessed Iannelli, as municipal councillor, taking part: Maximum Zedda, Mayor of the city of Cagliari, Eugenio Lao, President of the Forum of family associations in Sardinia, Paola Lazzarini Orrù, Vice President of the Forum of family associations, Mauro Charter, President of Acli of Cagliari,Sai Madhu, Alderman for social policies and health of the city of Cagliari, Monia Matta, Municipal councillor and President of Associazione premature infants, Rita Polo, President Council Commission social policy, Filomena is Mauro Ledda, National Coordinators Network Common Family in Italy.
