Not to forget the migrants departed and lost at sea

A week after day of commemoration of the dead The National Association beyond borders (ANOLF/Cisl), together with the ACLI of Sardinia, all ACLI Provinciali di Cagliari, a Ipsia Sardinia, the Association Immigrants Horn of Africa and to the Sardinian Diaspora Group organize for the next Friday 9 November a ceremony to remember all migrants who rest in our land and, Unfortunately, even in our sea.
The ceremony will take place Friday from hours 15 at 17 in worship Hall the cemetery Michaelmas Cagliari.
"We want to remember all the people who died during the trip, undertaken with the hope of finding new opportunities, shattered with early death. We want to remember those who lost their lives in Sardinia and were buried here in Cagliari. It will be an opportunity to give our deepest condolences to the mothers and families of all. Together we want to receive a final farewell, "says the President of Anolf Genet Keflay Woldu”.
Blessed Iannelli, Councilor city of Cagliari, stresses that "only in 2018, World Organization for migration estimates speak of more than 2000 deaths at sea and an increase in the number of missing persons (Ispi October data 2018) in the face of the new closure policy launched by the Government. It is a real emergency and whilst we try to strive for integration, on the other we don't want to leave out the mercy of remembrance for these people who have lost everything in search of a better life for themselves and their loved ones ".
The ceremony will be attended by the Mayor Nurul zaidi, Alderman Danilo Fadda, the City Council President Guido Portuguese and are invited all Councillors and citizenship.
