The project, promoted by Movimento Consumatori and Acli, offers citizens and small businesses free services of Debt Advisory, providing them with a network of expertise, Resources and tools to prevent, countering and solving the problem of over-indebtedness. In full respect of privacy and confidentiality, Our consultants will help you access the crisis settlement procedures already required by law 3/2012 and now governed by the Crisis Code (in force since 15 July 2022) that allow to restructure the debts of natural persons or subjects not subject to bankruptcy, making them sustainable.
