The Acli Family Point, active for years in the headquarters of ACLI Cagliari in Viale Marconi 4, Enhances its free offer and resumes daily service.

The main objective of the Acli Family Point, is to create a personalized experience for each individual and family who intends to use the services offered by the association and the ACLI network. Through attentive listening and analysis of specific needs, Operators will help users identify the most suitable services to meet their needs, acting as a guide to the most appropriate route. The heart of the service is in fact the reception point, in which each user is taken care of by a specialized operator and directed to the specialized support of a team of experts (lawyers, Psychologists, Family mediators, linguistic-cultural mediators, teachers, Etc.). A service that also involves the volunteers of the Universal Civil Service, daily available to users.

“The Family Point is one of the main access points to the wide range of services offered by the provincial ACLI of Cagliari: starting from school support for young people in difficulty with the study, at the legal desk, dedicated to providing legal advice and assistance, to the psychological counseling service, essential to support anyone who is facing moments of stress or emotional difficulties – explains the president of Acli Cagliari James Card – But it doesn't end there. We also have immigration and cultural mediation desks, designed to assist people during the complex integration process, and we also offer a variety of training courses for adults and young people, ranging from digital literacy to language knowledge, with the aim of equipping each individual with the necessary skills to successfully navigate the modern world. The Family Point is a safe and welcoming place, where every user is welcomed with empathy and respect”.
