CONSUMER MOVEMENT AND ACLI: AN ALLIANCE TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENS AND BUSINESSES.

The aim of the project promoted by Movimento Consumatori and ACLI is to help citizens and businesses find a way out of over-indebtedness through free support paths, management and accompaniment the crisis management procedures already provided for by the L. 3/2012 and today governed by the Crisis Code in force since 15 July 2022.

Funded by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, the RIPARTO project was born with the intention of making a significant contribution to the "fight against all forms of poverty in the world".

To achieve this important goal, Movimento Consumatori and ACLI have promoted the first Italian network of debt advisory in support of all citizens and small businesses in difficulty.
