Mobility Grants: published the calls for the Close the Gap project

ANCI Sardegna has published the calls for proposals related to the Close the Gap project carried out in partnership with the Provincial Acli of Cagliari.

"Close the Gap" intends to implement mobility programs for young Sardinian graduates of the Technical Institutes of the "Administration" addresses, finance and marketing" and "Tourism" and the Professional Institutes of Services for Food and Wine and Hotel Hospitality. Mobility will include an internship period of 90 days (+ 2 travel days A/R) companies based in France, Ireland, Malta and Spain.

Aims:

– increase the employability and resilience of young Sardinian graduates through the preparation of mechanisms that are able to support their outgoing path and encourage the development of professional skills consistent with the demands of the labour market;

– activate collaborations at European level to promote the achievement of a better link between education and the business system that can allow greater productivity of the local production system and better employability of young Sardinians;

– stimulate the development of pathways that can lead to the acquisition of a professional qualification, through the enhancement of learning developed in the non-formal and informal field, and the strengthening of the regional identification system, validation and certification of skills;

– strengthen the tools for foreign language learning and for the development of cross-cutting knowledge and experience necessary to act profitably within any work environment;

– strengthen the capacity of schools that are members of the National Consortium to activate collaborations at European level, build Pathways for Transversal Skills and ’PCTO Orientation and use the work-based learning approach more effectively and consistently;

– encourage the employment of young people within Sardinian companies through the development of return paths to be realized thanks to the involvement of the trade associations present within the Consortium, to stimulate innovation and productivity in the tourism sector.

Selections:

– Oral interview in the language of the country that will host the candidate for the internship;

– Motivational interview, during which the candidate will be able to explain his motivations and intentions regarding participation in the mobility period.

Applications can be submitted by 1 March 2022 for mobility grants for Ireland and France and by 26 March for mobility grants for Malta and Spain.
