Sustainable tourism marketing. In March the online course

A basic course aimed at combining characteristics of the territory (Landscape, recreational activities, culture), entrepreneurial skills (reception and promotion skills) and services.
A first step for those who want to approach the world of sustainable tourism marketing and operate in the tourism sector with actions and strategies oriented to the development of tourist flows in compliance with socio-cultural dynamics and natural resources.

Course topics

• Marketing;
• The concept of: marketing -production- product –sale;
• The marketing plan (goals, strategies and targets);
• A real marketing action: sustainable development as an opportunity to enhance the tourist product;
• Diversification strategies The Marketing mix and the promotional mix;
• Market research: Market segmentation – the target – The tourism market;
• Tourism and types of tourism;
• Market orientations: Tourist demand: tourist needs and goods;
• The tourist offer: the components, the characters, the constraints, the types and classification of the tourist offer;
• Design of promotional activities for the dissemination of knowledge of the territory;
• Advertising space purchase channels;
• Promotional strategies for the tourist offer.

Lessons

Lessons will take place online on Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 18 at 19:30 for a total of 20 hours from March (effective date to be defined). At the end of the course will receive a certificate of completion for those who have attended at least 70% of the hours.
