French course for the tourism sector: We learn l & #8217; hospitality

Planning a course designed for those who would like to work in the field of tourist reception of customers #8217; & French language, both in Italy that in French-speaking countries.

The course includes l & #8217; approach to language through the study of vocabulary in the tourism sector and using language in context with #8217; l & professional simulations.

The skills learned will be spent in & #8217; hospitality in resorts, Hotels and restaurants, as tour operators at travel agencies, responsible for tourism associations.

Classes will be held at the headquarters of Acli Quartu Sant Elena in Via Diaz #8217 &; 106, every Tuesday and Thursday from 16.30 all 18.30. To participate you must have knowledge of French to level A2/B1 (will not be able to enroll those who approach for the first time to the language).

Duration:
20 hours

Main content of the course:

• Reception formulas: Greetings, answer questions from a customer;
• Help a customer to click, buy, Book;
• Arrange tourist routes, promote tours, travel & places;
• Manage your e-mail;
• Main vocabulary of hotels and accommodation;
• How to prepare for a job interview in French.
