Assessment Center: How to approach a group conversation

Psychology of work: at Acli arrive l’Assessment Center. The course will be held in Quartu Sant Elena & #8217; in Via Diaz 106 on Monday,, Wednesday and Friday from 10 all 12 for a total of 6 hours. The effective dates of the course will be established once the class.

The Assessment Center is a type of selection that some companies adopt, especially if international, large or l & #8217; going to invest specifically on new staff.

The Assessment Center is much more than a group conversation, need to verify if you have, or less, the ability to perform a particular professional activity, all through exercises that simulate the operational and organisational reality of a company, allowing the detection of behaviors implemented by stakeholders. These simulations can play situations that require you to analyze and solve problems, evaluate alternatives, make decisions, organize tasks and projects, conduct negotiations or submit information and tips.

The course will provide participants with theoretical knowledge useful for the comprehension of the AC: goals, fields of application, types of tests and tools, simulation of a test, public speaking and final test.
