Course for clerical staff

Within an enterprise one of the most important work for the internal organization and for contact with the public is that of secretarial clerk. The guy at the Secretariat supports the activities that take place in an Office and covers tasks related to the Organization of internal activities, both activities of front-office.

For all those who are interested in acquiring and/or improve the skills required to accomplish tasks that support managerial figures, We arranged a course from 16 hours to be held on Wednesday afternoon from 15 all 17 Viale Marconi 4 a Cagliari. Eight modules that will cover the following topics: l & #8217; secretarial clerk l & #8217; company, secretarial techniques, l & #8217; automation d & #8217; Office, corporate communication, the accounting basics, sales and purchasing procedures, billing and l & #8217; VAT, business consultants.

The course aims to create a professional able to intervene actively in the management of a company planning and streamlining everyday tasks, managing appointments and meetings, dealing with the accounts receivable and payable and purchase invoices.
