Basic course in ceramic art

Dell ’ art lovers closer to the world of ceramics, valuing your creative path: These are the goals of the new course to be held at the headquarters of Acli Provincials of Cagliari.

Students will be supervised by the teacher from design to production of ’ object, passing through the manipulation and decoration. Everyone can experience their own dexterity and release to their expressive force, acquiring knowledge and skills in the use of materials and techniques, by studying the equilibrium of forms and colour balance.

In view of the extraordinary Jubilee Holy year and ’ of mercy, proclaimed by Pope Francis, the course will have as its main theme religious subjects and holy figures.

The course, lasting 20 hours, includes practical exercises with different processing techniques:

• geometric figures;
• figures with ’ use of rollers;
• figures with ’ use of laminates;
• figures composed with the two techniques (rolls and sheets);
• 3D figurines.

Classes will be held Fridays from 13 all 16 Viale Marconi, 4 Cagliari – first floor. The start date will be determined once the minimum number of participants.
