At Decimomannu the course Barman - module café

ACLI provincial Cagliari organize the course Cafeteria.

This the program:

– history, uses and techniques of processing of coffee;

– cultivation, production and trade of coffee;

– characteristics of espresso;

– espresso machine and grinder: theory and practical training;

– – rules for the preparation of a perfect espresso;

– maintenance and set-up of the espresso machine;

– the cappuccino and other preparations with a basis of coffee;

– sensory analysis of wine tasting techniques;

– practice tests on Visual analysis, gustatory, aroma of espresso;

– techniques to achieve the perfect cappuccino and Latte Art principles.

The course, of 16 hours, will be held in Decimomannu, in Via San Giacomo 2, from 27 al 30 October 2014, in the morning from 9 at 13.
