Saw l & #8217; interest shown in the last edition, propose a course for clerical staff addressed to all those who are interested in acquiring and/or improve the skills required to accomplish tasks that support managerial figures. Within an enterprise one of the most important work for the Organization and for contact with the public is that of secretarial clerk. The guy at the Secretariat supports the activities that take place in an Office and covers tasks related to internal activities, both activities of front-office.

The course, the 16 hours, si svolgerà il Wednesday afternoon from 15 all 17 Viale Marconi 4 a Cagliari e si pone principalmente l’obiettivo di creare una figura professionale capace di intervenire attivamente nell’amministrazione di un’azienda pianificando e ottimizzando le attività quotidiane, managing appointments and meetings, dealing with the accounts receivable and payable and purchase invoices.
