A wine from Sardinia to bridge Brazil. The restaurateur Italo – Massimo Ferrari Brazilian guest of the C.. ACLI in Cagliari.

The continuing commitment of C.. ACLI in promoting exchanges between the Italian emigrants in the world and Italy. these days, indeed, on the C.. ACLI Sardinia hosted the Italian-Brazilian restaurant owner Massimo Ferrari arrived from the city of São Paulo to learn about food and wine culture of our island.

Ferrari has made a real ENOGASTRONOMIC tour between Trexenta and Marmilla, visiting Mandas, where he participated in the workshops of fresh pasta and dolci sardi, Sadali (Culurgiones) and Villanovaforru. Also visited the Museum of Ortacesus.

A short visit, that of Ferrari in Sardinia, with the ’ aim to raise awareness of the Sardinian and gastronomic traditions of Sardinia in Brazil and especially undertake partnerships with local producers sardi.
