– Course on medicinal plants – Sardinia's plants and their uses

After the success achieved in Gesico, the provincial headquarters of Acli also organises in Cagliari on course on medicinal plants.

In recent years the ’ interest in medicinal and aromatic plants grew through increased attention to dell ’ environment, the welfare, of human and animal health, eco-friendly techniques and more generally the concept of product quality.

Classes will be held on 27 June, the 4 and the 11 July from 15.30 all 17.30 Viale Marconi, 4 in Cagliari and have the intention of provide the basics about processing techniques of plants of Sardinian flora, for ’ achievement of herbal products such as decoctions, oils and infusions. You also made a short presentation of the world herbal and herbal medicine, analyzed the industry terminology and methods of extraction. Finally we will focus on the characteristics of plants so they learn to recognise edible herbs from poisonous ones.
