Quartu on traditional cooking class

The Association Alter Ego, in collaboration with Acli Provincials of Cagliari, organize the creative course of traditional cuisine.

The course is suitable for cooking enthusiasts interested in learning the technique to prepare four dishes of Sardinian cuisine: Culurgiones, coccois prenas, seadas and pardulas. Classes will be held on 10 and the 17 December from 9.30 all 13.30 in Via Diaz 106 Quartu Sant'Elena.
