Saturday 6 August in Gesico Conference presentations “Sardinia Migrant”

Saturday 6 August 2016 at 18.30, at House Schirru, in Via s. Amateur in Gesico, will be held the Conference “Sardinia Migrant: Analysis of migration and depopulation in Sardinia in 2015”.

The Conference organized by the Acli of Gesico, in collaboration with Acli Provincials of Cagliari and Crei Acli, is dedicated to theme of depopulation and emigration in Sardinia. The meeting will be attended by President of Acli of Cagliari Otto Cannon, the President of Acli Gesico Clare Murgia, the Mayor of Gesico Cinzia Parry, the researcher and Research Centre co-ordinator Marco Sideri CRENoS Confindustria Romania Carlotta Loi.

During the evening will be presented the analysis of migration and depopulation in Sardinia in 2015. According to his dossier of Acli, the island during the 2015 lost over 5 thousand inhabitants (-5.148): a negative record that fits into a trend now sadly statement.
